This data is collected when you submit a booking request through the website form.

Sending confirmation or follow-up emails

Processing of your data is based on: performance of a contract (your booking request constitutes a pre-contractual request) and our legitimate interest (website security, fraud prevention). In compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European visitors.

5. Data Retention

Your booking data is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Billing data is retained in accordance with Moroccan legal obligations (10 years). Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Sub-processors and Transfers

Your data may be processed by the following service providers:

Supabase Inc. : Database and authentication (EU servers)
Netlify Inc. : Website hosting and serverless functions
OVH SAS : Email service (servers in France)

These providers are bound by contractual clauses ensuring the protection of your data in accordance with the GDPR.
